All Done-For-You build services, including The Framework, The Master Plan, The Community Blueprint, The Full Course Build, and The Playbook Setup, are non-refundable. Work begins upon receipt of payment.

The client is responsible for providing all required assets, access credentials, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by client inaction do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. will deliver all agreed deliverables once all required materials are received.

The scope of work is documented and agreed upon during the kickoff call prior to any build beginning. Any requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate engagement.

Section 8 — Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. Payment must be received before service begins for each billing period. Non-payment results in no service for that month. Retainer payments are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.

Section 9 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without any warranties. Use of optional tools is at your own risk. Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us.
