Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through at rebuildthebrand.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, guides, playbooks, templates, and downloadable content. Digital products are delivered instantly or within a short time after purchase, and access is granted immediately upon payment.

Please ensure your personal information — including your email address, phone number, and name — is correct at checkout. This ensures you receive your digital products and access without delay.

Done-For-You Build Services

All Done-For-You build payments are non-refundable. This includes The Framework, The Master Plan, The Community Blueprint, The Full Course Build, and The Playbook Setup.

Once payment is received, we begin scoping and preparing for your build. Our commitment is to deliver everything outlined in your agreed scope. We build it for you — no exceptions.

Delays: Any delays in the build process are caused solely by the client, including failure to provide required assets, access credentials, content, or approvals. will always deliver the completed build once all required materials have been received. We are not responsible for delays resulting from client inaction.

The Survey Call

The Survey is non-refundable. Once payment is completed, your spot is reserved and preparation begins.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call or no-shows will forfeit the full payment. No exceptions.

If cancels a scheduled call, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Coaching Calls and Consultations

Coaching calls and consultations are non-refundable. If cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Monthly Retainer Services

Retainer services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is required before service begins for each billing period.

  • If payment is not received by the billing date, service will not be rendered for that month.
  • Retainer payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
  • To cancel your retainer, written notice must be provided before your next billing date.

Physical Products

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible physical products. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Physical Items

The following physical items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] to begin a return request. The return address will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange a physical item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds on Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase with , you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback on a non-refundable purchase — including digital products, Done-For-You builds, coaching calls, The Survey, and retainer services — is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback filed contrary to this policy and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including any associated fees.
