We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible physical products. You have 14 days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return.
There are no returns or refunds for digital products, coaching calls, or consultations. Please check that your personal information is correct at checkout, including your email, phone number, and name. This ensures you receive your digital products and coaching access.
If Building The Brand Blueprint cancels a coaching call or consultation, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Digital products are delivered instantly or within a short time, so all digital purchases are final.
Eligibility for Physical Product Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be unworn, with tags and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] to begin a return request. The return address will be provided by email after your request is reviewed.
If the return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, personalized or custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item qualifies.
Exchanges
To get a replacement item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
